81 Year Old High School Sweethearts

Only Dave and Glenn could find humor in what should be a heart warming story from The Good News Network. Check out this video of 81 year old High School Sweethearts Jack and Betty reuniting.

After 62 years high school sweethearts Jack and Betty reunite.

Glenn's Blog: Boogie Nights Meets Goodfellas

The pickings are a little slim this weekend for movies. "Salt" featuring Angelina Jolie as a Russian spy is getting mostly decent reviews.  For the kids, there is Ramona and Beezus starring Disney channel star Selena Gomez. She turned 18 yesterday (so no more "Thought Police" for alot of dads)
I'm finally going to see "The Kids Are Alright" this weekend. The

Glenn's Blog: Inception Review

After several people told me "Inception" was one of the best movies they have ever seen I had to go see the film last night.
Note: As always, I will not spoil any plot points for you.

This is a movie you need to go into and not know what it is about. And after watching it you still might not know. At several points in the film, I was confused to the point of

Glenn's Blog: Vacation Alert

Dave and I are off next Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. I am especially pumped because two potentially great films open this weekend that I am going to see!
"Predators" and "the Kids are Allright" are getting terrific reviews from rottentomatos ( "T K A A" is being hailed as the movie of ther year)

I will review both films on Twitter while we are off.

Glenn's Blog: Time Off

It's a short week for us and than next week Dave and I are off next Monday,Tuesday and Wednesday.

The ampitheatre fireworks show Sunday was not as bad as we thought it would be. Originally our boss told us we would be entertaining the crowd from 6 to 7:30 until the show starts but we only went on stage a couple of times to do some giveaways.

Man it was hot! And I don't

Glenn's Blog: Hot Tub Time Machine Review

I wanted to see the movie in theatres when it came out but by the time I had a chance it was gone. So when it came on ppv yesterday I immediatedly checked it out and for what it is I enjoyed it.

When Dave and I first heard about this film we hoped it would kind of be this generations Back to the Future trip.

When Micheal J Fox and Doc went back to the 1950's from 1985 it was comparable time

Did Led Zeppelin Rip This Guy Off??

Here's a very shocking article from TMZ.com on the song 'Dazed and Confused' from Led Zeppelin, or you would think. Acording to the story, there is a current lawsuit claiming Zep ripped off folk singer Jake Holmes.

From TMZ.com:

Led Zeppelin must have been a little "Dazed and Confused" when it recorded the classic by the same name 41 years ago  -- because it

Glenn's Blog: Do We Need This?!

Why in the world does anyone need to see how well endowed the late Gary Coleman was?!?
There is a vide on a website showing a clip from a movie he was in. Coleman is in the shower "horsing" around with some other guys and you can see his "junk".
Because this is a rated "G" website, I cannot post it here. But you can find a link at my twitter account. You can

Glenn's Blog: Weekend Movies

There are no good movies out this weekend so I have a suggestion for those of you are looking for something to see. It's not only a piece of history many people don't know about, it is a documentary I give a solid 4 stars to. The Two Escobars.
And it's free. It's an ESPN documentary that is running at various times on all three of the ESPN networks.
Here's a little clip from the

Glenn's Blog: I GAVE IN

I decided to open a twitter account.
As a rule, I don't normally give in to new technology crap but this looked like it would be kind of fun.

I'm not going to twit or tweet about stupid things like "I'm about to take a bath" or "I'm eating a big sandwich right now."
I will try to keep it interesting with behind the scenes stuff on the morning show

Glenn's Blog: Cops and Movies

Because of a growing number of videos on You Tube and Facebook that show police abusing thier authority there is a growing trend in law enforcement. It is now ILLEGAL in three states to videotape cops!
Twelve other states are contemplating enacting this law too! WTF?!?
I know the percentage of "bad cops" is microscopic but this is ridiculous......

Why do we need an A Team

Glenn's Blog: Memorial Day

The morning show is off Friday and Monday. This is the first Memorial day weekend I can remember in a long time that there are no good movies coming out. (Didn't the summer movie season begin this winter?)
I don't feel that bad about not having a musst see film to go see this weekend because Memorial Day is not about going to the multiplex or throwing a party or having a barbeque.
It
