Fireworks Etiquette

The Grucci Family is proud to produce this National Class fireworks program presented by the Town of Brookhaven for the
enjoyment of fellow Long Islanders. The following is their fireworks etiquette recommendations.  When used – they help!

1. Obey Police, respect public and private property.

2. Bring chairs, blankets, and a radio so you can listen for the traffic reports, but most important bring your manners.

3. Don’t litter, and it helps if you would bring a plastic bag for your own litter removal as the main reason for encore denial is the cost of cleanup - be Green.

4. Remember – first in; last to go home; so be patient as it may take over an hour for traffic to clear.

5. Don’t bring any of your own fireworks – they’re illegal and very dangerous. Instead, sit back and enjoy the Gruccis’. Besides, they’ll embarrass you.

From I-495 Driving West:
495 (Long Island Expressway)Exit 63(N.Ocean Ave) right at traffic light (north) stay in right lane,approx. 1.5 miles take exit ramp(S. Bicycle path/Brookhaven Amphitheater & Cultural Center)right,left at the blinking light, Amphitheater parking lot is left.

From I-495 Driving East:
Take the Long Island Expressway to Exit 63(N.Ocean Ave)
Left at traffic light (north) stay in right lane,approx. 1.5 miles take exit ramp(S. Bicycle path/Brookhaven Amphitheater & Cultural Center)right,left at the blinking light, Amphitheater parking lot is left.

From Sunrise Highway:
Take exit 52a head north approx 5 miles,stay in right lane,
follow signs to Brookhaven Amp.

Audio, video or traditional cameras are not permitted.

Coolers, food or beverages, are not permitted.

There is a concession on premises featuring
hot & cold food, beverages and snacks.

Re-entry is not permitted.

Brookhaven Amphitheatre is wheelchair accessible.

Gates open an hour prior to a performance.

All shows are "Rain or Shine" and will not be
canceled due to inclement weather.

No refunds will be given.

Each guest must have a ticket with an assigned seat.

Children 2 and under will be admitted free.

Smoking is not permitted in the reserved seating area.

Pets are not allowed on the premises.
(registered service animals are permitted)

NO food allowed, there is a concession with a wide selection of food.
